Drawings - Meditation on paper
For me, drawing is relaxation - a quiet moment in which thoughts come to rest.
Every line is created without a plan, just from feeling and movement.
In this way, the paper becomes a space for inner silence.
When the hand follows the thought
My drawings are usually created in the evening hours – when the day becomes quieter and the mind is clear. I start without a fixed goal, just letting the lines flow. This process is a form of meditation for me – a way to make emotions and tranquility visible at the same time. My FINGER series, which began in 2007, plays a special role – inspired by shadows on the wall on a windy night in Marbella. This globally unique series reflects lightness, irony, and the small magic of everyday life – drawn with a wink and deep feeling. This unmistakable body of work continues to grow, as life itself repeatedly gives me new impulses and ideas for it.
